Direct architectural components and design hardware sourced with structural integrity
Why high-end developers are shifting from lightweight plastics to structural brass accents
Solid copper-zinc formulations protect against surface degradation in high-humidity zones.
Develops a natural patina that darkens gracefully, eliminating the risk of chrome peeling.
Provides structural weight and visual authenticity required by modern interior designers.
Ensuring structural consistency through advanced toolpaths and master craftsmanship
Documented manufacturing infrastructure and product prototyping assets
"Buterfleoge has the ability to quickly produce new products, deliver logistics, have independent designer research and development, standard workshop high-end CNC equipment and strong production capacity, and provide distribution, agency and retail services."
Critical specifications for supply chain managers, architects, and procurement agents
We utilize lead-free H59/H62 copper alloys for our premium castings. Our materials undergo spectral testing to confirm alloy composition before machining.
ASTM Standard ComplianceTo prevent oxidation (black edges) in high-humidity zones, our mirrors feature multi-layer backing coatings, including lead-free tin primers and eco-friendly silvering.
Double Protection LayersLarge oval and rectangular frames are reinforced with back-welded steel plates or heavy-duty brass channels. This prevents frame warping under high physical tension.
Anti-Warping StructureEnsuring global market access through material certifications and localized compliance
We monitor lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), and other restricted substances within our brass alloys to ensure complete compliance with EU directives.
Our manufacturing uses recycled copper sources, helping commercial developments earn credits under green building rating systems.
For mirror designs integrating smart demister pads, all electrical elements carry UL, CE, or SAA certifications for safe operation in damp environments.

A woman in 1980s slip dresses enjoying nature and revealing grace Noble flowers carry curves and a toned song for the flowers" We are always decent, confident and charming and go after what we think is worth it.
Optimizing placement, acoustics, and reflections for luxury environments
Our mirrors feature double-sealed backplates and marine-grade clear electrophoretic coatings, protecting them against humidity and salt spray in coastal resorts.
Heavy oval and floor-standing models are built with safety backing film to prevent glass shattering in busy commercial corridors.
Integrating custom framing with low-lead cast structures, these fixtures combine artistic design with functional longevity.
Addressing key specifications, certification processes, and custom manufacturing pipelines
Our brass mirror frames are cast from H59/H62 grade copper alloys, meeting international B2B standards. We run optical emission spectrometry (OES) scans on every batch of raw ingots. This ensures copper levels remain between 57-61%, while restricting lead content to safe parameters. Material test reports (MTR) are available for all production runs.
Yes. Our engineering office translates architect CAD files or 3D models into factory-ready CNC toolpaths. For custom orders, we generate shop drawings and 3D PDF mockups, showing weld points, bracket systems, and structural back panels for approval before production begins.
After CNC machining or casting, the frames are manually polished to the desired finish (satin, brushed, or high-mirror). We then apply an electrophoretic clear coat or a PVD coating layer. This micro-thin polymer layer seals the metal surface, protecting it against air exposure and humidity while maintaining the brass color.
We construct custom, ISPM-15 compliant heat-treated solid wood crates for global logistics. Each mirror is encased in custom-cut, high-density polyethylene (EPE) foam corners and wrapped in moisture-resistant film. This packaging design is tested to absorb vibration, protecting the frames and glass during sea freight shipping.
Bespoke design reviews and pattern mockups are completed in 7 to 10 working days. Bulk production typically takes 30 to 45 days, depending on frame complexity, casting requirements, and order volume. For recurring commercial projects, we can arrange inventory storage options to support rolling schedules.
